Insurance Policy
We prioritize creating treatment plans based on your health needs, not dictated by insurance coverage. Therefore, we are not affiliated with insurance networks. This approach ensures you receive personalized care tailored to your specific condition and functional goals. Payment is expected at the end of each appointment, and we accept cash, credit/debit cards, checks, as well as FSA and HSA payments.
If you have insurance, you are still welcome to receive treatment with us! Following your visit, you can request a super bill—an itemized receipt detailing your diagnosis, treatment provided, and payments made. You can then submit this super bill to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, provided they offer out-of-network benefits.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the doctor’s schedule that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require a 24 hour notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than a 24 hour notice, or miss their appointment, will be subject to a cancellation fee.
